摘要
介绍了一种利用光纤电视信道传递时间和频率的初步方案 ,对闭环时延的测定作了阐述 。
A preliminary scheme for time frequency transfer via optical fiber TV channel,is introduced,the determination of the delay for the closed loop is described,and a new method to realize two way time Transfer by Subcarrier Multiplex(SCM)system with spread spectrum technique is discussed in this paper.
