摘要
首先,对现有岩锚吊车梁设计计算方法进行了分析,指出了其基本假设中存在的缺陷;然后,对岩锚吊车梁的可能破坏形式进行了探讨,认为受拉锚杆屈服是岩锚吊车梁破坏的开端,在设计计算中应作为重点;最后,对岩锚吊车梁结构改进进行了讨论,认为在合理布置锚杆的条件下,可以将岩锚吊车梁和岩壁接触面整合成一个斜面,便于施工控制.
Based on the analysis of modem design method of rock-bolt crane beam,some problems of the basic hypothesis are identified.After discussing the possible destruction form of the rock-bolt crane beam,it is pointed out that the yielding of pulled rock-bolts plays a critical role in the destruction of rock-bolt crane beam and this idea should be emphasized for design.Thereafter,for the convenience of construction and structure improvement for rock-bolt crane beam,a suggest is proposed that the interface between rock and the beam may be constructed as a whole inclined plane under full consideration of the arrangement of the rock-bolts.
