摘要
制备生物柴油的超临界流体技术是使用动、植物油脂与超临界甲醇反应生产脂肪酸甲酯的新工艺。与传统的催化反应技术相比,超临界技术生产生物柴油的反应时间由1~8 h缩短至 3~4 min,而且反应不需催化剂,简化了产品提纯过程,提高了酯交换反应后脂肪酸甲酯的产率,并对环境友好。
New methods are explored for producing fatty acid methyl ester via the reaction of vegetable oils or fats with su-peroritical methanol. The supercritical reaction techniques are summarized and compared with the traditional chemical methods.The supercritical method requires shorter reaction time (from 1-8h to 3-4 min) and simpler purification procedure becauseof no catalyst existing in the reaction at all.
