摘要
在对国内外合成碳酸二甲酯的研究状况综合分析的基础上,着重介绍了一种新的合成碳酸二甲酯的方法,即以甲醇和尿素为原料、以有机锡为催化剂的尿素醇解法。详细讨论了该方法所涉及的催化剂制备、反应机理、生产工艺和技术特点,指出尿素醇解法制备碳酸二甲酯是一种绿色化工生产工艺,具有广阔的发展前景。
The present progress of synthesis of dimethyl carbonate at home and abroad is reviewed and analyzed. A newtechnology for the preparation of dimethyl carbonate from urea and methanol catalyzed by organotin is emphatically described.Three kinds of methods for preparation of catalysts are introduced; the reaction mechanism, reaction technology and separationtechnology are discussed in detail; some effective factors such as temperature, pressure and feed ratio are also analysised. It canbe concluded that this new process shows more advantages than the traditional technology, for instance, it is easy for productionin small plants and environmentally friendly. This green chemical process will have an extensive outlook of development.
