摘要 采用非平衡级速率模型对回收废醋酸的催化蒸馏过程进行了模拟计算,考察了各种因素如回流比、进料温度、酸醇比等因素对回收废醋酸的影响。结果不仅证实了实验所得到的结论,还获得了优化条件和难以通过实验取得的结果。 The modified rate-based model is applied to simulate the catalytic distillation process of removal of dilute acetic acid from wastewater. The influences of reflux ratio, the mole ratio of acetic acid to methanol in feed, feed temperature on recov- ery of waste acetic acid were studied .The agreement of the calculated data with experimental results is satisfactory, but also opti- mal conditions and some important results which are difficult to obtain from experiment, are drawn from the non-equilibrium rate model.
