摘要
通过旋转挂片实验研究了浓度、水温、pH、流动条件等因素对GCL2预膜效果和缓蚀性能的影响。结果显示,GCL2对碳钢的缓蚀作用随预膜浓度和运行浓度的升高而增强,预膜浓度 200 mg/L,运行浓度 7.5 mg/L时缓蚀率高达 90.6%。GCL2在水温为25℃、40℃和60℃时都具有很好的成膜性能和缓蚀作用,需要在冷却水流动的条件下才能形成完整的保护膜。GCL2在弱酸性条件下具有很好的缓蚀性能,当冷却水 pH值为 6时,25mg/L GCL2的缓蚀率为 89.3%。
The effects of concentration, temperature, pH value and stream conditions on the corrosion inhibition perfor-
mance of GCL2 were studied with rotary test piece experiments. It was found that the corrosion inhibition rate of GCL2 to carbon
steel increases with the pre-filming concentration and running concentration. When the pre-filming concentration is 200mg/L, the
corrosion inhibition rate of 7.5mg/L GCL2 reaches 90.6%. When water temperature is 25℃,40℃ or 60℃, the GCL2 perfor-
mance was good both for filming and corrosion inhibition, but it needs a flowing-water to form perfect film. GCL2 has good corro-
sion inhibition performance in acidic cooling water. When pH is 6, the corrosion inhibition rate of 25mg/L GCL2 is 89.3%.
