摘要 以四乙基溴化铵(TEABr)为有机模板剂合成了支撑型β-分子筛膜,研究了不同改性条件对β-分子筛膜的形貌和催化反应活性的影响。实验以乙基叔丁基醚(ETBE)的合成为探针物系,发现低温与高温组合焙烧有利于保持β-分子筛膜的连续性,提高其催化反应活性;分子筛膜的催化活性随离子交换次数的增加而增大,但经过三次离子交换后,再增加交换次数,对活性基本无影响;酸碱性处理过程中,溶液pH值为4时所得的分子筛膜活性最高。 The synthesis of zeolite beta membrane was prepared with tetraethylammonium bromide (TEABr) as an organic template .The effects of modification conditions on the surface morphology and the catalyst activity of the zeoite membrane were studied. It's found by studying on the synthetic reaction of ethyl tertiary-butyl ether (ETBE) that the roasting program combin- ing low temperature with high temperature will have advantage in retaining the continuity of the zeolite beta membrane,and en- hancing its activity. The more the times of the ion exchanges, the higher the activity of the zeolite membrane shows. However when the ion exchange more than 3 times, it won' t affect the activity anymore. When the zeolite beta membrane was treated with acid solution (pH value is 4), it has the highest activity.
