摘要
本试验较详细地调查研究了五龙鹅的种质特性,进行了300日龄蛋用系与快长系体尺测量与蛋品质测定,探讨了五龙鹅第一产蛋周期产蛋率、受精率及孵化率规律。结果表明:五龙鹅蛋用系与快长系的蛋品质和体尺各项指标差异不显著(P>0.05);第一产蛋周期产蛋率最高可达45.21％以上,高峰期长达9周;蛋用系受精率和孵化率较稳定,呈抛物线趋势。
The idioplasm characteristics of Wu-long goose were investigated in detail by carrying through measuring body size and measurating egg character of 300-day-old egg-production-lines and fast-growth-lines,studying laying rate, fertilization rate and hatchery rate of the first production egg cycle.The results suggested that the result of egg character of egg-production-lines and fast-growth-lines were in insignificance of difference (P>0.05),so did the body size (P> 0.05);the highest laying rate was 45.21% and the peak-hour was 9 weeks in the first laying cycle of the egg -production-lines, the fertilization rate and hatchery rate of egg-production-lines were steady and in parabola distribution.
