摘要
提出了一种新型风机CAD设计方法。利用CATIA软件的强大功能 ,在基于事例设计 (CBD)原理的基础上 ,建立了通风机三维模型事例库、风机零部件尺寸参数库以及风机零部件数据库 ,用VB开发了人机界面并把各库相连、集成 ,形成了风机三维参数化设计数据库系统 。
A new design method for general fan is presented. The databases of fan components and parts are constructed based on ACCESS system. Using CATIA software function and case_based design theory,the 3D case_based pattern library and fan components and parts sizes library are built. All libraries and databases are connected and integrated based on correlative parametric design theory and VB correlative technique. Finally, the databases system for fan parametric design is developed. Using dimension drive method it realizes the parametric design of fan components and parts basically and accelerates the automatism of fan design. This is a new method for three_dimension parametric design and has a promising future in other mechanical product design.
