摘要
城市大气SO2浓度与植物叶片含硫量之间存在较好的相关性,通过测定叶片中含硫量来监测和预报大气SO2浓度。采用氧瓶燃烧处理植物样品,离子色谱法测定吸收液中SO2-4的方法来确定植物的含硫量,方法简便,分析周期短、重现性和回收率(94 7%~109 2%)均令人满意。
The SO2 density in urban atmosphere is related to the sulphur content in plant leaves We can monitor and forecast the SO2 density of atmosphere by determining the sulphur content in leaves.Determination of SO2-4 of the absorbent liquid by oxygen cylinder combustion-ionic chromatogram could monitor the sulphur content of leaves.The method is simple and the analysis period is short.The reappearance of results and the rate of recovery(947%~1092%)are satisfactory
