摘要
介绍一种采用 AT89C5 1单片机构成的高精度、多功能、智能型煤矿井下低浓度甲烷检测仪。该检测仪表打破了以往甲烷检测仪表单纯采用模拟电路的实现方法 ,而采用数字化芯片 ,大大地提高了甲烷检测精度和减小了仪表体积 ,与 PC机通信可建立井下环境数据库。在实际应用中不但方便了井下工人的随身携带 。
A new high precision,multi function and intelligent instrument composed of single chip AT89C51 to measure the consistence of the Methane under the mine was introduced. The instrument adopted the digital CMOS chip different with other instruments which only adopted amalogy circuit. The instrument has notonly small solidity, and connected with computer for build the database of the mine. So the instrument not only convenient for mineworker, but effective guarded against the fire damp explosion in practice application.
