摘要
本文提出了一种精密相位测量系统。考虑到电路的复杂性 ,为了提高系统的可靠性和灵活性 ,遂采用复杂可编程器件CPL D,并采取具体措施减小信号零点及其漂移、频率变化等因素引起的误差影响 。
This paper put forward a precision phase detecting system. Because of the complexity of the circuit, complex programmable logic device is adopted in order to improve dependability and agility of the system. Some practical methods are put forward to eliminate the phase measuring error caused by zero drift, frequency variation and so on. So the circuit can get high measurement precision and stability.
