本文以 Control L ogix为例 ,介绍了可编程控制器冗余系统的冗余原理 ,对影响冗余性能的关键问题进行了分析 ,通过减少扫描周期和切换时间来对其冗余性能进行优化 。

This article introduces the theory and optimization of redundancy control system based on ControlLogix, and the key problems of the performance are discussed. At the same time, it presented a way to improve the performance of redundancy system via minimizing scan cycle and switchover time, which is useful for users to realize on the similar system.
