Application of Bar Code Sensor Technology in Small-scale Logistics Automatic Control System

本文介绍了在由传送辊道、分拣机械手、立体仓库和堆垛机组成小型物流自动控制系统中传感技术的应用 ,主要介绍了在控制系统中采用 VS80 0条码传感器实现物料的自动分拣 ,并通过对条码信息的数据采集、传输、处理实现物料出。

This paper presents application of sensor technology in the small scale logistics automatic control system, which consists of material carrying conveyer, sorting manipulator, stereoscopic warehouse and stacker. The bar code sensor VS800 is used in the automatic control system to realize the automatic sorting, and the automatic control and management of the in and out of warehouse for goods are also achieved by data collecting, transferring and processing of bar information.
