摘要
对于电力系统中的多通道高频、高速或冲击信号的采样测试 ,可以采用多路 A / D交替顺序采样 /多路复用技术来提高采样速率。但是 ,这种采样技术由于时基不准 ,造成的各路 A/ D之间存在着不容忽视非均匀采样问题。本文在非均匀采样理论的基础上 ,系统地分析了非均匀采样周期信号的数字频谱结构和表达式 。
In order to improve the sampling rate for the multi channel high frequency,high speed or impulsive signal,the multi channel A/D converter interleaving/multiplexing technology can be adopted.But because of the timing errors introduced by interleaving process,the sampled data is non uniform.On the basis of the non uniformly sampling theory,this paper systematically analyzes the digital spectral structure and representation of a non uniformly sampled periodic signal,and then discusses the harmonic distortion introduced by time base errors and its effect on AC parameter measurement.
