摘要
由于煤粉浓度分配不均而导致燃烧不稳、效率下降一直是电厂尚未解决的问题。电厂煤粉输送属于气固两相流 ,其流动系统特性复杂 ,浓度的在线监测难度较大。本文在对已经出现的几种测量方法原理及其优缺点分析的基础上 ,提出了微波测量法 ,该方法具有耐磨损、低放射的特点并有产品上市 ,是一种值得推荐的方法。
The un equilibration of air and pulverized coal can lead to combustion unsteady and efficiency decrease which has been an unsolved problem of power plant for a long time. Flow of pulverized coal belongs to gas solid flow regimes whose flow characteristic is complex and on line monitoring is difficult. Many scholars have studied on it for a long time and proposed their own method, but every method has localization and can't apply to practice. This article analyzed the principle of these methods and their virtue and flaw, and then proposed microwave method that has erosion resistance and low radiation. For the production of this method has emerged on the market, the article considers it's a method worth introducing.
