在非均匀双三次 B—样条函数的基础上 ,导出自由曲面任意点的法矢量通用算法 ,进而提出自由曲面测头半径补偿公式 ;为了更好的消除自由曲面测量中的定位误差 ,提出了应用单纯形法 ,对测量原始点进行坐标平移和旋转变换 。

Based on non uniform B splines,a new current algorithm with normal vector of random free form surface's point is deduced,and more,a formula with probe compensation is proposed.We offer a arithmetic named simplex method in order to eliminating orientation error in the process of free form surface measurement.It can settle surface matching well by shifting and rotating the measuring coordinate system.
