The effect of PSD on the measuring system is analyzed. The experiments show that the nonlinear output of PSD is corrected by mathematics method; the change that is caused by the ±0.1℃ temperature shift is ignored. The effect on PSD from the background light, the source intensity, the homogeneity of source, the size of light spot are analyzed.
