摘要
提出并设计了液力挺柱试验台,详细阐述了应对液力挺柱进行测试的基本特性及其相关测试参数,介绍了各参数测试所使用的传感器和仪器,给出了传感器及仪器设备在试验台上的布置结构,设计了试验台测试系统,并对其进行了简要分析。试验台能够方便、准确、快捷地对液力挺柱的质量和性能进行有效检测,整个测试过程几乎完全实现自动化。
The test-bed of a hydraulic tappet stem is put forward and designed. The basic characteristics and pa-
rameters of the hydraulic tappet stem for testing are expounded. It introduces those sensors and instruments for
using to measure the parameters. And their arrangement in the test-bed is given. Its test system is designed and
analyzed briefly. The test-bed can effectively inspect a performance and quality of the hydraulic tappet stem
which is convenient, accurate and rapid. It is nearly automotive in full process of the test.
