A Novel Isotropic Thinning Method Based on Conllectivity-number

摘要 在心血管图像细化研究过程中发现,模板匹配并行细化方法具有方向性,采用该方法不能获得理想的心血管细化结果。本文在模板法的基础上提出了一种新型的连通数细化方法,与现有的并行细化法相比,该方法具有各向同性、运算速度快、细化结果充分、旋转不变性和鲁棒性等优点。利用该方法获得了满意的心血管细化结果。 During study of the thinning of heart vessel in angiogram, we find the thinning method based on the matching template is directional or anisotropic. A novel connectivity-number thinning method based on template is presented. It has merits, such as isotropy, fast computation, completel thinning, stabilization with rotation and robustness. We get satisfied result in skeletonization of heart vessel using this method.
