Color Extraction and Analysis of Material Corrosion Image

利用图像识别技术对镀层材料腐蚀外观的颜色信息进行相关处理,对颜色空间的选择、镀层腐蚀图像颜色信息的提取以及颜色的相似测度进行了讨论,为镀层腐蚀外观颜色信息的评定提供了一种新的检测手段。该方法的研究有利于推动图像识别技术在材料腐蚀学科中的应用,从而实现材料腐蚀外观特征信息数值化。

The color information of the corrosion image of coating material is treated with the image recognition technology. The choice of color space,the extraction of color information of the corrosion image and the similar measure of color are discussed. The paper proposes a new method of evaluating the color of material corrosion im- age. The presented method is useful for promoting the application of image recognition in corrosion science and the digitalization of corrosion characteristic information.
