摘要
介绍了覆膜金属粉末的激光烧结成型技术,对覆膜金属粉末激光烧结成型动态过程进行了实验研究,在此基础上建立了覆膜金属粉末的激光烧结成型过程的机理模型,当加热温度(T)80℃<T<120℃时,粘性流动为主要的成型机理;当加热温度T>120℃时,可以用熔化/固化机理来描述。
The laser sintering technology ot polymer-coated metal powder is introduced. The laser sintering ex-
periment of polymer-coated metal powder has been conducted. Based on the experiment result and analysis of
laser sintering process,the laser sintering mechanism model of polymer--coated metal powder has been set up.
When the sintering temperature is during 80℃ to 120℃,vicious flow is the major mechanism. When the ternpera-
ture is above 120℃,the sintering mechanism can be described as melting /solidification.
