摘要
现代工业技术的飞速发展,要求零件的制造精度越来越高,形状也越来越复杂。本文针对椭圆形零件表面的高速精密加工这一研究热点问题,介绍了以DSP为核心的多轴运动控制器PMAC,以此设计集成了一套磨床数控系统,并改造一台数控磨床。研究了利用PMAC的时基控制法,结合直线电机的微量往复伺服进给运动和电主轴单元的高速性能,实现了椭圆形零件的高速精密磨削加工。为非圆轮廓形零件的高速精密磨削加工和研制高速高精度数控机床打下基础。
With the rapid development of industry technology,it demands parts have higher manufacture preci-
sion and more complex shape. In this paper,to the research focus problem on high-speed precise manufacture of
elliptic part surface,multi--axis movement controller PMAC based on DSP is introduced,a set of grinder NC sys-
tem is designed and integrated,and a experimental NC grinder is reconstructed. Time--base method of PMAC and
linear motor's micro-feed motion and electrical spindle unit's high--speed performance were used to accomplish
high-speed grinding manufacture of elliptic parts. This research provides a fine direction for high-speed precise
grinding of elliptic parts and manufacture of high--speed and high precision NC machine tool.
