立式金属罐罐底变形测量方法的探讨

Research on the Measurement Method of Bottom Deformation of Vertical Metal Tank

针对立式金属罐容量试行检定规程中关于罐底测量存在的问题,在分析了现有几种解决方法的基础上,提出了一种新的测量方法:激光—摄像法。并认为此方法能精确测量底部各点变形,提高立式罐计量的准确度。

As for the problems about the bottom measurement existing in verification regulation of vertical metal tank capacity and based on analysis of several resolvable methods, a new way of laser-photo method is presented, which can measure exactly different point deformation values of the tank bottom and improve the verification pre- cision.
