Intelligent alarm system is important part of environmental online monitor and control system. The research accomplishment can be directly used in enviromental supervisory system. The article introduces the structure, function and crucial technology of the water pollution source remote online alarm system, which in- clude all-weather receiving information of alarm system, simulated GIS systematic realization and network com- munication technology,etc.
