摘要
通过对鲁奇炉的工况进行分析 ,说明了γ料位计应用于灰锁存在的一些不足及难以推广使用的原因 ,可在灰锁上安装热电偶 ,对检测温度趋势曲线进行分析 ,当灰锁满时 ,检测点的温度迅速上升 ,利用这一特点可实现对灰锁物位的检测 ,实践证明是可行的。
Based on the analysis of the running conditions of the gasifier, and of the disadvantages in the application of γ level detector to ash lock, the authors put forward a new method to determine the level of ash lock by detecting the temperature of ash lock with a thermocouple according to the fast increase of the temperature of the test point when the ash chamber is full .The result is practicable.
