Al-7Si合金枝晶和非枝晶组织演变的计算机模拟

Modding of Dendritic and Non-dendritic Structure Evolution in Solidification of an Al-7% Si Alloy

摘要 采用改进的Cellular Automation(MCA)模型研究了Al-7Si合金在凝固过程中枝晶和非枝晶状组织的演变.该MCA模型不仅包含了传统CA模型中有关非均质形核和晶核的择优生长方向的随机性概念,还考虑了液、固界面的曲率,溶质再分配以及溶质在固、液两相中的扩散,采用有限体积法计算浓度场.用MCA模型的数值模拟方法研究了浇注温度和冷却速度对初生相生长形貌的影响.并将模拟结果与试验结果进行了对比.
