秦山核电二期工程核岛电缆敷设设计实践 被引量:7

摘要 核电厂电缆敷设设计具有电缆数量多、分类复杂和要求严格的特点,这导致了核电厂特别是核岛的电缆敷设从设计过程到完成形式都与一般民用工程有很大的差别。在秦山二期电缆敷设设计中,中国核动力研究设计院(NPIC)与业主和核二院密切合作,并借鉴了国外的先进技术,采用了电厂布置设计软件(PDL)和电缆敷设设计软件(PERICLES 2),完成了电缆敷设的设计工作,保证了工程的顺利进行。本文主要介绍了秦山核电二期工程核岛电缆敷设的设计过程及方法。 The design of the cable routing for the nuclear power plant has many characteristics, such as it is with a large amount of cables of complicated classification and strict requirements which makes the cable routing for the nuclear power plant, especially that for the nuclear island, differ from that for the common civil engineering in the design process and completed form of the cable routing. During the design for the cable routing for Qinshan phase II nuclear power plant project, Nuclear Power Institute of China (NPIC), collaborating closely with the owner (NPQJVC) and Beijing institute of nuclear engineering (BINE), and based on the advanced technology abroad, have finished the design work of cable routing quite well and ensured the engineering to be carried on smoothly by using the cable routing design software (PDL and PERICLES 2). The paper mainly presents the process and method for the cable routing design in the nuclear island of Qinshan phase II nuclear power plant.
