摘要
根据测试的环境不同,选取不同性能的应变片。容器外壁为空气环境,选取普通的应变片;容器内壁为高压水环境,选取适合高压水下环境测试的应变片。根据测试的应变数据绘制相应的曲线,计算相应的应力强度;同时,建立有限元计算模型,从理论上计算出测试点的应力强度,使之与应变测试得到的应力强度进行比较,并对比较结果进行分析。
Strain gauge with different performance shall be selected for different test condition. Common strain gauge can be used when atmosphere condition exists for the outside wall of the container; the strain gauge which can be used in the high pressure water shall be selected if the high pressure water exists for the outside wall of the container. Based on the measured strain data, corresponding curves have been drawn and finite element computation model has been established. The strain strength at the test points calculated theoretically has been compared with that measured in the test, and the comparison results have been analyzed.
