摘要
黑河中游是我国西北干旱区开发历史较早,绿洲化程度较高的第二大内陆河流域。用林业生态工程体系的理论与方法,构筑了黑河中游绿洲生态环境建设的总体目标和框架,并提出了关键的技术措施,为西部大开发和河西走廊生态环境建设提供决策依据和参考。
The middle field of Heihe river is the second largest inland valley in arid rigions of northwest in China. With the theory and methods of forestry ecological engineering system,it designed the framework of forestry ecological engineering system in middle field of Heihe river ,and also provided some key technological measures for the ecological environment construction in this region.
