摘要
通过分析计算机辅助工业设计现状和产品型态认知理论,提出以感性工学的观点探讨构建计算机辅助造型设计支持系统的方法。首先准备相关素材,建立基于网络的感性意象调查系统进行设计调查;然后由统计分析建立感性意象资料库,并定性分解产品型态要素建立造型资料库;再通过二次调查,由量化分析获得支持产品造型的设计知识库。经验证和实际应用,证明该方法是合理、可行的。
After the state of Computer Aided Industrial Design (CAID) and the cognition theory of product kansei image are analyzed, this paper aims to explore the issue related to the construction method for styling design support system based on Kansei Engineering theory. Firstly, the relative material is prepared and the kansei image survey system based on web is constructed to implement the design survey. Secondly, the kansei image words are distilled from statistic analysis, which are composing to kansei image database. And the product form items are decompounded by qualitative analysis, which are composing to styling database. Thirdly, the corresponding relation of product form and kansei image is obtained by quantitative analysis from second questionnaire survey, which is composed to the design rule database of product form that can guidance product designing. At last, it proves that the method is feasible and reasonable by an example of designing mobile phone.
