摘要 介绍了在国家863计划等科技项目支持下,大连理工大学工业装备结构分析国家重点实验室与CAE/CAD软件中心近年来对CAE软件研制开发、有限元分析等先进技术研究进展,及其在JIFEX软件中的实现和应用。主要包括:产品结构接触力学分析的参数二次规划算法理论,以及在大规模二维、三维接触非线性分析方面的应用;材料非线性分析与弹塑性接触分析的算法与工程应用;机械结构的热接触耦合分析的理论与算法实现。应用JIFEX软件对柴油机的曲轴、连杆、活塞、汽缸盖和机体,增压器的涡轮机轮盘和压气机轮盘,机车车体、转向架构架、牵引齿轮副和轮对等十几种重要零部件几十种结构,进行了精细的计算分析与优化设计,并获得了很好的结果。 The state of art of finite element analysis and optimization design software system JIFEX, which is developed in the State Key Laboratory for Structural Analysis of Industrial Equipment and CAE/CAD Software Center, with the support of the National High-Tech.R&D Program (863 Program)of China, are introduced. The aspects introduced are mainly concentrated on: (1) the basic theory in mechanics for contact analysis of industrial equipment and its applications in the analysis of 2D and 3D contact problems; (2) the material nonlinear analysis and elastoplastic contact analysis of engineering structures; (3) the numerical algorithm and its implementation for thermal mechanical contact analysis. Some typical engineering applications such as Turbocharger Disk-Blade and the railway wheel/rail contact analysis are respectively presented.
