摘要
计算机三维重建 (3 DComputerReconstruction)技术的发展及其在生物医学上的应用为组织学和形态学提供了形象直观、立体感强的三维动态图像及其形态学量化参数 ,突破了传统二维形态资料表达的局限性。笔者首次研制开发了中药形态结构计算机三维重建与实时动态显示技术 ,提出了基于三角形面元以及NURBS(Non UniformRationalB Spline ,非均匀有理B样条 )曲面的三维重建算法 ,并将模式识别的原理和模式分类方法引入多目标识别过程 ,成功地实现了中药形态组织三维动态显示及其形态学参数测定。
In this paper, a set of techniques of 3-dimensional (3-D) computer reconstruction and 3-D animated display from transectional images were first applied in the field of pharmacognosy successfully. The 3-D computer imitation and visulization of tissue and cell structure of trditional Chinese drugs have been achieved. The 3-D wire-frame model images and 3-D true -color model images of 4 kinds of TCDs were developed, which are full of fidelity, vividness and stereoscopic effects and can be observed from any point and any distance of view. It shows that these 3-D techniques can play an important role in the teachings of pharmacognosy , plant anatomy and physiology well as characterization of TCDs.
