摘要
阐述传统土地管理系统中图形与属性数据截然分开的缺点,过程中提出了建立土地管理信息系统,基于MapInfo的土地管理信息系统开发的总体设计。
From an analysis of the shortages of disjoining completely between graph data and attribute data in the conventional land MIS and the development for land MIS,the authors propose the overall design of the develoment for land MIS based on MapInfo.
