医疗质量“零缺陷”管理和缺陷医疗管理是两种不同医学管理的执行标准,他们有各自的特点,但是二者的关系密切。缺陷医疗管理主要采取制定标准,找出缺陷,严格处罚,减少缺陷的传统管理模式;“零缺陷”管理则认为预防产生质量,坚持诚信的原则,体现人性化管理,工作标准是“零缺陷”。

Medical quality zero dificiency management and dericiency medical management are executive criterion of two kinds of different medical management. They have respective characteristics. But their relations are very intiante. Deficiency medical management is the traditional management model, such as, make standard, find out deficiency, strictly punish, reduce deficiency. Zero deficiency management thinks that prevention creates quality, adhering to principle of honesty and trust, embodying the management of humane. The criterion of word is zero deficiency.
