本文从医疗管理的角度探讨了当前我国医院质量成本研究的问题,重点对不符合要求的质量代价进行了研究,并提出了质量改进的方式方法,特别是从“零缺陷”管理的角度为医院管理者提供一种新的管理模式,为如何提高医疗质量,降低医疗成本,应对质量挑战提出了思路。
