摘要
质量是医院的生命。随着人们对医院服务质量的重视,质量的内容也在不断赋予新的含义。本研究的主要目的是分析现实医院管理中的质量问题,完善评价体系。通过对山东省17个市(地)的96所二级以上医院的质量管理情况进行普查,结果发现在医院质量的各个管理环节和执行过程都存在较多问题,研究提出了进一步细化的医院质量评价体系。
Quality is vital to hospital. Now, people pay more attention to the medical service quality. The mean ot quality is endowed with new signification. In order to consummate the evaluating system, The study survey the quality management of all second-leveled hospitals which amount to 96 in 17 cities of Shandong Province. We consequently find that there are several problems in the procedure of medical quality management and implementation, Then put forward the further classified evaluation system of medical quality.
