摘要
该文分析了目前农村基层民主建设中存在的民主选举中存在的问题:反映民意不够充分;村民的民主决策权部分虚置;民主管理制度的执行难到位;民主监督尚缺乏足够的信息基础和制约机制。并提出了通过进一步转变观念、理顺关系、健全制度以推动农村民主建设的对策。
The paper analyzes the problems in election in the present countryside. The elections can not actually reflect people's wills. Villagers' democratic policy - making rights are not full. The democratic administration policy is not properly carried out. It has not proper information and devices to conduct the democratic supervision policy. The papers put forward some strategies to solve the problems.
