浅议高校学费管理

Tuition Management in Colleges and Universities

分析了当前高等学校学费管理中存在的问题。时此提出加强学费管理的措施:认为应该首先强化收费工作的岗 位责任和管理流程;其次是建立全方位的学费管理,提高管理工作的效率;第三是充分利用校园网络,开通学生收费查询系 统;第四是建立有效的奖惩制度,完善“奖、贷、助、补、减”体系,最后对学分制条件下的收费管理提出了一些设想。

The paper analyzes the problems in tuition management in colleges and universities and recommends some measures to improve tuition management: to reinforce the responsibility of collecting tuition and improve the collecting procedures, to set up an all-round management system and improve its efficiency, to make full use of the campus network and open a student tuition checking system, to establish effective incentive regulations. In the last part, the paper puts forward some tentative ideas about tuition management under credit system.
