摘要
财政稳定是金融市场化改革取得成功的重要前提。实证研究表明:中国目前存在一定程度上的财政不稳定性、资本外逃和货币替代等现象。为确保金融市场化改革的成功,中国必须实施稳定财政政策。
This paper first elaborates in theory that fiscal stability is an important precondition for successful financial liberalization reformation. Then, it makes some empirical analysis on fiscal stability, capital flight and currency substitution in China. The study shows that, to some extent, there exist fiscal instability, capital flight and currency substitution in China. China must carry out the positive fiscal policy to ensure the success of financial liberalization reformation.
