摘要
民主集中制是我们党的根本组织原则 ,要正确认识民主与集中的辩证关系 ,反对个人专断和极端民主化两种错误倾向 。
The democratic centralism iS the basic organizational principle of our party.The dialectical relation between democracy and centralism wart's correct understanding.we should objects to two wrong tends:personal arbitraries and ultra-demurely.And we should recognize the significance and ways of strengthening the institutional construction of the democratic centralism.
