岭南地区的人面弓形格铜剑

人面弓形格铜剑是一种剑身有人面纹图案,剑格呈弓形的青铜短剑。这种短剑,形制独特,地域性强,目前只发现于岭南地区,其中包括广西的百色、田阳、柳江、贵港、灵山,广东的广州,香港的大屿山、赤立角、南丫岛和越南的清化、海防等地,已知总数仅10多件。这类短剑流行于战国时期,其铸作方法是用双面合范,将首、茎、身一次浇铸而成。茎、格、身均有纹饰,铸作工艺精良,纹饰精细,虽然在地下掩埋二千余年。一旦出土,去其锈斑,依然寒光逼人。

The copper swords with eight surfaces and bow-shaped in the south of Five Ridges were local products and their shapes and makings were particular.The material objects introduced in this paper were collected by the Guangdong and Guangxi Museums from which we can know the blue copper founding in the period of Warring States(1475-221B.C.).
