摘要
性贿赂犯罪在我国现实生活中日益增多 ,对我国社会具有极其严重的社会危害性。文章从历史发展、现实状况、国内法律现状与国外立法借鉴等四个方面分析我国创建“性贿赂”犯罪的必要性 。
