摘要
目的 研究当归的化学成分。方法 应用色谱技术进行纯化和分离 ,用UV ,IR ,NMR和MS等光谱方法鉴定化合物。结果 从当归中分得 5个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 :HomosenkyunolideH( 1) ,HomosenkyunolideI( 2 ) ,新藁苯内酯( 3) ,6 甲氧基香豆素 ( 4 ) ,次黄苷 ( 5 )。结论 HomosenkyunolideH( 1)和HomosenkyunolideI( 2 )为新化合物 ;新藁苯内酯( 3) ,6 甲氧基香豆素 ( 4 )和次黄苷 ( 5 )
Aim To investigate the chemical components of Agelica sinensis. Methods Chromatographic technologies were used for separation and purification, while spectral analysis was measured for structure elucidation. Results Five compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as Homosenkyunolide H(1), Homosenkyunolide I(2), Neoligustilide(3), 6 methoxycoumarin(4),Hypoxanthine 9 β D ribofuranoside(5).
