摘要
简要回顾了高压大容量电力电子变换器的发展;分类比较了几种典型的交流功率变换器的拓扑结构,并结合当今功率半导体器件的发展现状,探讨了大容量电力变换器的发展趋势。
In this paper,the history of high voltage power electronic converter has been traced,and the structure and principle of the differrent topologies are introduced firstly and compared thouroughly.Finally the development trend has been highlighted.
