摘要
通过在职工培训、安全管理、检修质量、劳动工艺纪律等4个方面实行“倒三角”管理,提高了车间管理水平,实现了管理、生产双赢的目标。
By means of inverse triangle management practised in such four respects as staff and workers training, safety management, maintenance quality and labour skills and disciplines, the workshop management level has been raised and win-win targets of management and production have been realized.
