摘要
分析了现行分配制度存在的问题,提出应根据人力资源的不同层次,合理确定分配制度,以完善企业的激励机制,留住关键人才,淘汰富余人员。
Problems with the current salary system are analyzed. According to the authors, human resources should be classified into different levels and a reasonable salary system should be decided to suit these levels so as to perfect the incentive mechanism of the enterprise, retain the key personnel and eliminate redundancies.
