摘要
介绍了SY300(kA)以上级预焙阳极电解槽及供电整流系统的设计,为设计大型预焙阳极电解槽,开发了电解槽物理场仿真数学模型和工程设计软件。现已设计了7个系统的SY300kA电解槽和1个系列SY350kA电解槽,其中已有3个系列SY300kA电解槽投产运行,其运行情况良好。
This paper presents the design of the SY300(kA) plus pre-baking anode reduction cell as well as the power supply commutation system. In order to design the large scale pre-baking anode tank, in addition to the software package for engineering design, a mathematical model was developed to simulate the physical field of the tank. Up to now, seven SY300kA and one SY350kA reduction cells have been designed , among which three SY300kA tanks have been commissioned with very good operating performances.
