盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿感染性肺炎疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of ambroxol on the treatment of infectious pneumonia in the newborn

目的 探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿感染性肺炎的疗效和安全性。方法 以 2 0 0 1年 1～ 5月住院的新生儿感染性肺炎 4 6例为对照组 ,2 0 0 2年 1～ 5月住院的新生儿感染性肺炎 39例为治疗组。两组均采用常规治疗。治疗组加用盐酸氨溴索 (1mg/kg ,po ,tid)治疗。 结果 治疗组肺部罗音消失天数、住院天数、需人工吸痰次数均较对照组显著减少 (P <0 0 1)。观察过程中未发现与氨溴索相关的药物不良反应。结论 盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿感染性肺炎具有显著的疗效和较好的安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and its safety of ambroxol on the treatment in the neonates with infectious pneumonia.Methods Fourty-six cases of infectious pneumonia in the newborn admitted from January to May,2001 were adopted as the control,and other 39 cases of infectious pneumonia of the newborn admitted from January to May,2002 were adopted as the treatment group.Both received routine therapy with exception that additional ambroxol(1mg/kg,po,tid) were used in the treatment group.Results...
