环境保护应包括三大领域,即污染控制、生态建设和绿色生活;每一个领域又需要建立和完善政府、企业和民间组织三大部门的合作互动机制.民间组织的大众性草根性特点使其在推动绿色生活方面负有特别的使命.
Besides pollution control and eco-system conservation, sustainable consumption or green life should be another key part of environmental protection which requires Good Governance, grassroots nature NGOs plays a special role in promoting green life by raising public awareness, developing green community and green market, as well as influencing policy makers.
